We are so much more than just our surface

I'm very sure most of you have watched this movie right?
If no, then I'm about to share my thoughts about this movie and why I find it so inspiring and speaks right into our very being.

To those who loves dancing very much, doesn't matter free style, or the ones that you have the name for it, but bottom line, you know how it feels when you start dancing. Your whole being starts to enjoy the beat or music and your body starts naturally moving and your mind sets right into that very moment and you enjoy it.

STEP UP REVOLUTION is such an inspiring movie to me because :

1. You see different people from different cultures, races and all ages coming together and dance as ONE.

2. Their TEAMWORK!! Omg. I just cant stop watching this movie over & over again. It's so so powerful, the smiles on their faces, the teamwork that they put together and each of them has their talents in dancing doesn't matter is it Bboy-ing or other styles. It is just simply amazing.

3. They are trying to show people ''Hey! Lets also focus on people WITH talents." Not everything is just about expanding your business and all about money. We YOUTH has so much more to offer. We are way better than what you just see from our ''surface''. Cause lets just face the reality, our first impressions aren't always the real us.

So, when I watched this movie many times over and over again, I really felt touched by their natural talents, by how their dancing moves adds on the excitement to the environment, how they make people's day just by their dancing and along with some music that blends in.

And the sentences that caught my attention from Sean to Emily,

Sean : Its like us saying ''listen up, we exist''

And another of his voice for the narrator part

''Cause truth is everyone has a voice''

Just love the music along with the way they dance, full of emotions and pretty sexy as well with their creativity and talents. Its like you can literally immersed yourself in their atmosphere while their dancing.

''Isn't it time to fight for what you want? ''

So I'm very sure that this 3 small video clips will be able to sum up why I personally love watching this movie so much and I really cant get tired of it. It makes me feel alive again ;)

And this movie also shows how much ''WE'', the younger generations wants to be heard as well. Although we may not be good in certain stuff like the business matters, strategy marketing skills etc, but hey, NONE of us is perfect. So why not choose to look at our different talents, help us to grow from there and look at the brighter side of the other talents that we can offer?

Whenever I watch this movie, I feel the POWERFUL TEAMWORK in each and everyone of them. And once they're finished with it, there's this great sense of achievement that can be felt so strongly and everyone is so happy with the outcome. It is a feeling that cannot be seen but only felt deep down in us despite the smiles you can see on everyone's faces.

So all I'm saying doesn't matter what your talent is because it could be singing, dancing, cooking, writing stories, speaking in public, create something new out of something old, really good at studying or knowing animals stuff and the list goes on. ALL these are the different talents that you should not give up on but instead, you should continue brushing up on it and slowly let the society see you for who you really are.

And to those viewers, if you dont really like what they're doing, its alright. Not everyone has to like everyone's talents/interest but please dont put in those critics such as ''so lame, useless, good for nothing etc''. Why bring those people down when they are trying to put in the effort to do what they love and they try to have the confidence to show it to the society? Unless you wanna tell them on how they can improve in certain aspects then by all means go ahead. *spread more love, less hate* and if you think you cant give any positive comments or comments about ideas on how to improve themselves, just ignore viewing them. Its better than to leave a comment that would lead to an argument etc. Waste the both of your time right?

For those who revealed their talents in many different ways, please be prepared to receive all kinds of comment on how to improve or whats wrong with it etc. As you know, there's so many people with different opinions and point of view. So just be open to listen but if you think you dont wanna take their advice then its completely fine. At least their putting effort or showing interest in what you love doing aite? :)

Thank you for taking your time to read it.
Yours sincerely, Emma.

We need more voices, we need TEAMWORK.

The society that we live in today

Hey dear readers.

Today, I'm gonna blog about the most recent new movie

''CHAPPIE''.

Why this movie?

Simply because it reflects on US, THE SOCIETY THAT WE LIVE IN NOW.

For those who have watched this movie, you guys will know what I mean. For those who has not, I strongly encouraged you guys to watch it. I'm not trying to promote this movie but I personally feel that this movie can be a great transparent example of the environment/world/society we all are struggling to live in now.

This is one of the sentences that ''Chappie'' said to his Creator that caught my attention :

'I dont wanna die, I want to live'.

While the ''Dad's'' sentences to Chappie : 'If you wanna survive, you must fight'.

In very basic summary, this movie is about a newborn robot that has emotions and can think for itself. Its a very innocent object that seeks for love, care, attention and to be guided, taught along its way of maturing itself. ''Chappie'' is exactly like us all.

We're all once upon a time innocent human beings until as we grew up, knew the harsh truth about our damn lives and trying to survive in this cruel and unfair world. We were young, too innocent & naive, so people bully us just like how the people threw stuff on ''Chappie" when it was left alone on the streets

I wanted to cry so badly in the cinema when I saw this part. It was really hurtful. Chappie begged not to be hurt. It was afraid, felt insecure, just wanted to feel the sense of belonging but they had to do this to him. And then Thank God there's gps installed in his system and so he managed to find his own way back to where his ''Mom'' is and that he wants to be with dearly.

Although it's just a robot, but because it has its own emotions and a mind of its own, therefore, the ''Mom'' felt a connection with Chappie and she loves Chappie so much. Even started to treat Chappie like her own child. Read bedtime stories and gave Chappie a tight hug before it sleeps. It is really touching when you see the society ''perceived'' this kinda people as ''bad guys'' but they actually do have a loving heart as well. They are actually good people but the society are too judgmental and they always only observed things from the ''surface'' and spread rumors so fast.

Watching this movie really touched my heart. It is so true. Whatever your kids are exposed to, they'll tend to follow because every child wants a role model to look up to, admire, follow. Although its just a movie that Chappie watches cartoon and trying to follow their actions or when the Creator gave Chappie its own book to read, Chappie was more than happy and excited to even know that it owns a book. We were all exactly like Chappie when we were young. Just that we were too young to look into the mirror and to realized what we were like back then, and then shit happens, we get betrayed, soft-hearted people taken for granted, people deceiving us because of greed towards money, power, fame, jealousy cause other people's work are more noticeable than yours and so much more side factors.

Until this very day, when his ''Dad'' actually tell him ''if you wanna live, you must fight''

At first, I really dislike his ''Dad'' because he just wanted to use Chappie to help them get more money and so that he could pay off his debts to the other people but in the very end, he, the Creator and Chappie combined forces and help one another and ended up, it is one of the police in there who is the bad guy just because he wanted his very own ''robot'' to be used in the police firm and he got jealous with his colleague's work.

So again, WHY I'm blogging about this?
I just want you readers to think deep.

In whatever situation your in, I know there are tons of shits happening in your life right now. Everyday people talking about life is so meaningless & feels lifeless. Or it is impossible to live in this world if all you have is sincerity and honesty along with a straight forward attitude. I feel you people. Too innocent & naive, people take you for granted, cheat your money. Use you for their personal benefits and when you got nothing left to offer them, they dump you.

And therefore, some people turn so cold, becoming the best liars, cheaters and the list goes on cause as you grow up, life has taught you that in order to ''survive'', it has gotta be that way & when you actually follow that way, things work out for you.

I'm not encouraging anyone to continue doing this if you are already doing it but I just wanna say that each and everyone of us has something that we wanna fight for, we're all struggling to live as well.

We all have our own problems to face with everyday. So why not spread more love than hatred?
It is very normal to feel jealous over someone's beauty, wealth, success etc but is it really worth it to try to bring them down and then indirectly, to make yourself feel good? Why not admire them instead and use them as a motivational tool to push yourself further? Nothing in this world has to be always about the negativity.

Why not give more encouragement, support, love & care?
And to those who RECEIVES all that why not show some appreciation, gratitude? Say Thank you, Please or I'm sorry when you actually do something wrong? All this small little things will make a BIG difference to the society down the road. What more for our future generations.

And I would really love to hear some feedback about this post? To understand different people's point of view and to talk about this. I believe many of you out there has something or tons to say but you guys just couldn't be bothered anymore or some are too shy, dare not speak out or some are afraid to be judged for their opinion and so now, I'm here to say that I'm none of those. To be able to received some feedback would mean a lot to me.

Thank you. Yours sincerely, Emma.

What about me?

People change. Whether is it for the better or worst. Who knows.

So who am I?

- Just a normal girl that feels for the younger generations
I have TWO main goal which I wanna fulfill which is for myself  (ACTRESS)  and the goal which will never end until the day I leave this earth,  (HELPING THE SOCIETY)

I'm also a girl who is in love with photography too but as my side hobby

What do I really wanna do in life?

- I wanna chase my acting dreams which I have no idea whether it'll come to pass or no (still trying NOT to give up, trying to be tough)

- I wanna create a platform for girls to come out from their fears & nightmares and to let them know their not alone in whatever their facing in life. Such as being dumped after sex, betrayed by friends because of a guy, being used as a benefit tool in your friendship, lack of self - confidence when it comes to outer appearances, the urge of you wanting to have plastic surgery, sexually abused, trying to fit into a group that you dont feel comfortable with, feels like ending your life because it is so meaningless and the list goes on.  *your not alone in this*

To all those who have asked me why so passionate for the young generations.
Why wanna help people so much?
Why wanna try to understand their life problems, family background and lots more.

- This is a very long explanation that I'll write in another post but in short, I know how those unfortunate people feel and I will wanna do my best to help them in the many years down the road.

And lastly, to those who hardly knows me but think you know me.

I'm just going be blunt & straight forward. Sorry in advanced for any vulgarities.

I'm still human, plus with tons of deep emotions.

So basically, I'm just a simple girl from Penang who wanna be an actress so badly. Talks really a lot. Wants to help the society in the sense of insecurities, lack of self - confidence, betrayed, hurt and lots more. Basically it has EVERYTHING to do with feelings which cannot be seen but only felt.

To girls out there, no matter who you are, please believe me when I say I KNOW how it feels to be betrayed, jealousy, insecurities, being cheated, being lied at, feeling left out / abandoned. And the list goes on.

I'm not a sifu here but all I'm saying is I know and understand how you feel and your NOT in this alone and IF any of you would really wanna know me, add me up on Facebook by clicking that Fb button in my blog but please do tell me you found me through my blog, if not, I wont approved. So sorry.

Thanks for your time. Take care my dear readers.

Sincerely, Emma.
